Duties & Responsibilities
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. Planning working policies and procedures.
2. Company representation in management, control and responsibility according to the contract until termination of project. Cooperation with all concerned in order to smoothen and to get efficient work.
3. Planning suitable working system & management in order to achieve company objective.
4. Considering & solving problems giving advice to site engineer in charge.
5. Budget control (incomes & expenses)
6. Purchasing control and delivery

1. วางแผนนโยบายและขั้นตอนการทํางาน
2. เป็นตัวแทนของบริษัทในการจัดการควบคุมและความรับผิดชอบ ตามสัญญาจนกระทั่งสิ้นสุดโครงการ ความร่วมมือกับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้งานราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ
3. วางแผนระบบการทํางานและการจัดการที่เหมาะสมเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของบริษัท
4. พิจารณาและแก้ไขปัญหาให้คําแนะนําแก่วิศวกรไซต์ที่รับผิดชอบ
5. การควบคุมงบประมาณ (รายได้ & ค่าใช้จ่าย)
6. การควบคุมการจัดซื้อและการส่งมอบ
